Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
Changed your mind?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Contact us first to arrange the return. Return delivery costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the amount paid for the item within 14 days, by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
